Hallis Professional Roman Blind Dual Rise Kit Made to Measure. Dual Rise allows you to create safe Roman Blinds with only a limited number of components that are both easy to assemble and install. 

Installation is simple and fast. The Dual Rise mechanism allows you to have a much longer chain at 60cm from the ground as opposed to 150cm if there was a loop or cord, which in turn will make it suitable for the operation of harder to reach blinds. 

The front chain will always supplied shorter than the rear chain so it is easy to identify which makes the blind go up, and which will make it go down. 

It is quieter and smoother than the traditional chain operated system and there are no cleats to fit to the wall ensuring minimal disruption to décor.

* Available in sizes up to 3.0m and supplied with bottom bar, 7 rods and chain safety device.
